Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, programmes, workshops, events, appointments, consultations, coaching sessions, training programmes and other services booked or purchased through this website (“Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through www.sharongaddala.com.

 

1. No Cancellation or Refund

Once a booking or payment has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided, including where a participant is unable to attend, changes their plans or is otherwise unable to use the service, course, programme, appointment or event.

 

2. Alternative Programme or Appointment

Where a participant is unable to attend a booked course, programme, workshop or event, we may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, offer the participant an opportunity to attend another similar programme, session or event. This is an optional accommodation and is not guaranteed. It will depend on availability, suitability and the Academy's discretion. An alternative programme or appointment may not necessarily be identical to the original booking and may be subject to different dates, timings or other conditions.

 

If a participant is unable to attend a booked session and wishes to attend another programme or session, Sharon Gaddala Academy may, subject to availability and at its discretion, adjust the booking to a similar or different offering, with any difference in the applicable fee payable by the participant.

 

3. Non-Transferability

Bookings are generally made for the individual who purchased or registered for the service and may not be transferred to another person.

 

4. Cancellation by Sharon Gaddala Academy

If Sharon Gaddala Academy cancels a programme, event, appointment or service, we will communicate the available options to the affected participant, which may include rescheduling or another appropriate arrangement. Any refund, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with refund policy. 

 

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have been charged twice or have made an incorrect payment, please contact us at hello@sharongaddala.com. Such requests will be reviewed separately.

 

6. Applicable Law

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
